Upon entering my original room, I was immediately hit with a musty cigarette smell that was incredibly off-putting. The staff addressed my issue, but I couldn't help feeling unsettled about the overall cleanliness. Additionally, I noticed unsettling bugs in the second room, making it hard to relax during my stay.

pest issues

The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants, and we appreciated the nice shower water pressure in our room.

We encountered roaches around the sink and microwave during our stay.

Comfortable room, convenient parking, with excellent shower water pressure made my night much more enjoyable, and I appreciated being able to access free Wi-Fi in public areas while staying close to John Wayne Airport.

the shower water pressure at newport bay inn was great, really refreshing after a long day. the hotel is pretty close to everything, which made it convenient for exploring. i also liked that the ice machine was working, which is not always the case in hotels. tewinkle park nearby is a nice spot for some fun and exercise.

i had a pleasant stay at the newport bay inn. the shower water pressure was impressive, and i really appreciated being close to norms restaurant where we ate twice. the local park nearby offered a nice spot for some fun and exercise.
